PROGRAm ITEMS

As part of your Elite Program within the DVS Arm Care System, you should have received the following items in your DVS Camo Bag.  After your familiarize yourself with each one, continue down on the page and learn how to properly attach the bands to the fence.

RECON BANDS

The Recon Bands are designed to provide less resistance than the Enforcer bands and are primarily designed for use with Thrower's Isometrics.  However, depending on ability level, they may be used with other parts of the program as well if the Enforcer bands provide too much weight.

ENFORCER BANDS

The Enforcer Bands have a greater resistance than the Recon Bands and are primarily used with more intense exercises in the program. These exercises place a greater overload on the muscle so it can grow more.  If your initial set of Enforcer bands prove to be too light for some of your exercises, you can purchase an additional set of Enforcer Bands through the site.

WRIST STRAPS

The Wrist Straps are primarily used with the Recon Bands and allow your hands to rotate with ease based on the direction of the band, thereby allowing you to most effectively transfer resistance and work your muscles.

HANDLES

The Handles are primarily used with the Enforcer Bands and allow you to transfer a greater amount of force to the muscles of your spine, shoulder, and arm.

LARGE CARABINER

The Large Carabiner is used as the main attachment for all your bands (Recon and Enforcer). This will also be used as the main point that attaches all your bands to the fence or wherever you are using them.

Attaching your bands to the fence

When attaching   your bands to the fence, make sure you attach the Large Carabiner to the intersection point on the fence (outlined in the video), so you have the strongest anchor possible and better ensure your safety.
