DVS Risk Analysis Purchases

All DVS Risk Analysis involve a service to be rendered on the part of Delivery Value System in order for a client to receive a DVS Score.  Since the DVS Risk Analysis involves a service and is a information product, Delivery Value System accepts no refunds on any DVS Risk Analysis product after client has submitted video for analysis.

However, a refund may be issued to client, if  a client wishes to no longer receive their DVS Score 24 hours after the initial purchase of a DVS Risk Analysis.  

A refund may be issued to client, if DVS fails to send product purchased in acknowledged turnaround time (3 business days).


For Returns:

Any client who purchases a DVS Arm Care System package will have  30-day money back guarantee starting from the initial purchase date. To be eligible for a return, all items in original packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will need to reference your order # when claiming a return.  

For Refunds:

Once we receive the original package, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
