Strength & Speed exercises

In order for the phases of the delivery to be supported and enhanced, the muscles within the body have to be equipped to activate and stabilize during the sequence of the throw. The strength and speed exercises provided are designed continue to enhance the overall functionality of specific muscles groups to support the elite level throwing pattern. 

 

Hip Circuit

Targets the stabilizers within the hips and glutes that are essential to allow the pitcher to fully accelerate and decelerate to their maximum potential during the pitching delivery.

Core Circuit

Targets the stabilizers within abdominals and torso that are essential to allow the pitcher to fully accelerate and decelerate to their maximum potential during the pitching delivery.
